Riggs Recruiting, LLC was founded in March of 2023 by Matt Riggs who has over 15 years of experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries. The simple focus is Matt recruits for anyone who designs, reads or implements construction documents. Matt, having briefly experienced the "contract staffing" world as an engineering recruiter will only work in the permanent DIRECT HIRE realm as he believes that a candidate's professional career is irreparably harmed by repeatedly working short term contract positions as that person will never experience the security of a direct hire position for the candidate's and his or her family's long term happiness.

Matt's Mission is two-fold; First, he wants to find the right fit for the talent he recruits and to improve the talent's professional life. Matt considers it a failure on his part if he places a candidate with a client and that person has less than a 5 year tenure with that client. Matt's ultimate goal is for the candidate to retire with the client. Second, Matt wants to add a "family" member to his client; one that will not only exceed his client's expectations personally, but will also bring out the best in others within the client's company.
